Special Events at The
Symposium
For you early birds, Susan Belyea, a Certified Ananda®Yoga
teacher and Personal Trainer will lead 6:15am (Yes, am!) yoga,
Tibetan 5 and Sun Salutations on Friday and Saturday. On Friday
evening, Buddy Helm will present an audience participation healing
rhythms drum circle, and the Saturday luncheon will feature
Vaisahli, "The wild woman".
The venue for this incredible event is the warm and
all-embracing (and acoustically awesome) First Unity Campus in St.
Pete.
