This is a fun, interactive class designed to give you basic knowledge and skills of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) where you can discover what everyone is talking about. You will learn the basic NLP principles and presuppositions and learn techniques that you can use immediately to help yourself and others to achieve goals and make positive, permanent life and health changes.

WHAT IS NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is the study and proactive utilization of the three most influential components involved in generating human experience:
Neurology - regulates how our bodies function
Language - determines how we communicate with ourselves and others
Programming - establishes the kinds of models of the world we create
Neuro Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interaction affects our body and behavior (programming).
NLP is an attitude and a multi-dimensional science that allows you to develop behavioral competence and flexibility and to understand the mental and cognitive processes behind behavior. NLP provides strategies for the development of states of individual excellence and establishes a system of beliefs and presuppositions that empower the individual. On another level, mastery of NLP facilitates self-discovery and can elevate your ability to tap into the 'sacred' or ‘mystical’ part of human experience that reaches beyond us as individuals.
ABOUT YOUR TRAINER: Patricia V. Scott, PhD, "Patti" is a NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer, Certified Master Trainer with the International Association of Counselors & Therapists and Life Diplomate with the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Patti originally developed this as a 2-Day training and presented it for continuing education at a State Licensed Hypnotherapy school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2012.
